Select: more,  then Select: even more,  select: Earth to Download and install the Latest Version.

View FEMA Flood Zones Using Google Earth

Go to FEMA Stay Dry site
About half way down on the page, under the section
Stay Dry you will see a link Stay Dry v2.0.kmz.
Right Click on the link to: Save Target As
Save the file to a directory on your desktop
Create an Icon on your desktop from the saved file.
Once open -under Places - Set: View Flood hazzards



Earth Point
View Section, Township & Range Lines Using Google Earth

Go to Earth Point
Select: View On Google Earth.
